We are also proud to serve students who have been awarded services through an Impartial Hearing Order, pendency placement, or settlement agreement with the New York City Department of Education. These services are billed directly through the Impartial Hearing Office Implementation Unit (IHOIU) or the Bureau of Nonpublic School Payables (BNP).
